Western Pacific Produce's Mexican operation, is based in the state of Guanajuato. We also pack in the state of Sonora, Mexico. From these two states we ship most of our product to the US, Canada and the rest of the world.

We begin planting in June and finish in December. The broccoli harvest begins in August and continues to the end of April. From November until March the quality of the broccoli is at its highest. Once the vegetable is ready for harvest, it is packed and checked by professional quality control personnel. Western Pacific Produce's field transport infrastructure is designed so that there is a minimum amount of time between harvesting and cooling. Once the product is cooled it is shipped immediately to the storage facilities for distribution. We have several cooling facilities in Mexico. In the United States we ship from our storage facilities in McAllen Texas, and in Nogales, Arizona.
